Leticia and Eduardo Azar visited the Mitoj Alev center in Buenos Aires and toured the facilities of this establishment, supported by the Foundation that assists Jewish children and young people with cognitive and motor disabilities.
During the tour, the Azar couple was accompanied by the director of the center, Isaac Serruya, who expressed deep emotion in welcoming them to the center he founded in 2018.
Both Leticia and Eduardo learned about the work that Mitoj Alev does and how it improves the quality of life of patients. In addition, they witnessed one of the many therapies offered by the center and talked with some of the children.
At the end of the visit, they saw the new van for people with disabilities, donated by the Foundation, which facilitates transportation for the children to and from the center.
Since the Foundation began assisting Mitoj Alev, many children have experienced advances in communication, learning, behavior and independence.
