OFEK is a program that empowers young Jews who need a support network, accompanying them in the design of a self-sustainable life project through comprehensive support.

Its vision is to ensure that all young people in the Jewish community have equal opportunities to grow and develop.

Its mission is to work with young people from the Jewish community to enhance their skills and abilities with a comprehensive approach in order to accompany them in the process of cocreation of their life project and become generators of changes for themselves and their environment, nurtured by Jewish values.
